Fish for my new tank

Hopefully, in no more than two months I will have a new tank and I have been thinking about the fish I would like to have.

I currently have:

- 1 Zebrasoma xanthurus (Purple Tang)
- 1 Paracanthurus hepatus (Blue Tang)
- 2 Amphiprion percula
- 1 Lo vulpinus (Foxface)
- 1 Centropyge loriculus (Flame Angelfish)
- 1 Forcipiger flavissimus (Yellow longnose butterfly)
- 1 Synchiropus picturatus (Spotted Mandarin)
- 1 Nemateleotris decora (Purple Firefish)

I'm seriously thinking about getting rid of the Purple Tang and the Flame Angelfish and Yellow Longnose Butterfly will be under observation to see if they are bothering my SPS.......

Anyway...... I've been thinking that I would like to introduce some Anthias to my tank ( 140 x 60 x 65 ) and I was wondering which one would be the best choice. I want them to have a lot of color.

Lyretail ?
Distar ?
Ventralis ?
Barlett ?
Bicolors ?

Tank will be BB and I have a huge skimmer, so feeding shouldn’t be a problem.

Espero en no mas de dos meses tener un nuevo tanque y he estado pensado acerca de los peces que quisiera tener.

Por el momento tengo:

En todo caso…. he estado pensando que me gustaría introducir algunas Anthias a mi acuario ( 140 x 60 x 65 ) y me estaba preguntando cuales de ellas serían la mejor alternativa. Quiero que tengan bastante colorido.

En acuario será sin sustrato y tengo un skimmer gigantesco, por lo que la alimentación no debería ser problema.

Es siempre bueno oír de usted:)

Con respecto a su selección de la especie, es una combinación extraña que debo admitir. Algunos son bastante perentorios o aún agresivos (las espigas de Zebrasoma especialmente así como el ángel de la Llama Centropyge) y algunos son muy pasivos (como el dragonet de nd de firefish).

Pero sé que su tanque es muy grande y que usted es un aquarist muy experimentado. Estaría dispuesto a aceptar la lista si por lo menos la espiga púrpura se quitó. También, usted querrá agregar los peces más tímidos primero (firefish).

¡Con respecto al Anthiines, el Bartlett y la especie de Bicolor son las elecciones excelentes! Yo los recomiendo sumamente.

El Ventralis sin embargo yo estoy seguro morirá en este tanque.

It is always good to hear from you :)

Regarding your species selection, it is a strange mix I must admit. Some are quite assertive or even aggressive (the Zebrasoma tangs especially as well as the Flame Centropyge angel) and some are extremely passive (like the firefisha nd dragonet).

But I know your tank is very large and that you are a very experienced aquarist. I would be willing to accept the list if at least the purple tang was removed. Also, you will want to add the most shy fishes first (firefish).

Regarding the Anthiines, the Bartlett and the Bicolor species are excellent choices! I recommend them highly.

The Ventralis however I am sure will die in this tank.
